Job stability and continuous professional development DESCRIPTION HR Business Partner * La Piedad, Michoacán Grupo Bafar, a leading and continuously growing Mexican company, invites you to join its team as an HR Business Partner, actively contributing to talent development and the consolidation of a strong organizational culture aligned with our values. Position Objective To advise and guide leaders and employees of the local operation on Human Capital matters, aligning corporate policies, processes, and programs to optimize performance, retention, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and STPS regulations. Responsibilities Provide advice to managers and employees on Human Capital and labor relations matters. Handle and follow up on labor cases in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. Implement HR policies and procedures defined by the corporate office. Participate in local recruitment and selection processes. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, performance, retention). Use and manage information in SAP HR. Promote Grupo Bafar’s culture, values, and sense of belonging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Business Partner roles. Mandatory proficiency in SAP (HR modules). Knowledge of and ability to apply the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and STPS regulations. Experience in labor relations and employee support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Residence in La Piedad, Michoacán, or willingness to relocate to the area.
