




**Main Responsibilities:** * Effectively execute the 6 service processes. * Receive and assist the customer from their arrival at the dealer's service area until the end of the process, ensuring proper execution. * Advise and/or carry out procedures related to the vehicle service required, documenting in detail the service requested. * Offer and be knowledgeable about additional products and services beyond vehicle service. * Provide and guarantee excellent customer service. * Continuously update product knowledge (Ford and competitors). * Meet and/or exceed After-Sales objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field * Computer and electronic device proficiency * Proactive Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Work Location: On-site position
