**Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of plant energy and general utility systems, ensuring the availability, reliability, and safe operation of equipment such as boilers, compressed air, steam, water, gas, cold storage warehouses, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Lead technical personnel, ensure work execution meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and coordinate maintenance activities on buildings and minor civil infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise work orders (corrective, preventive, predictive). * Ensure proper operation of boilers, compressed air, WWTP, etc. * Verify operation of critical systems and compliance with regulations. * Respond to emergencies related to general utilities. * Supervise fabrication/modification construction work in process areas. * Supervise metalwork, structural steel, and sheet metal work. * Coordinate maintenance activities on buildings and civil infrastructure. * Collaborate with planners for accurate maintenance scheduling. * Supervise field technical personnel. * Coordinate evaluation of external contractors. * Perform technical interventions on energy and utility systems. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) **Experience:** * 1 year in the position * 2 years in the field **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical systems * Basic refrigeration * Instrumentation * Boilers * Office software * Electrical cables **Tool Handling:** * Hand tools * Ammeter * Control accessories * Equipment for working with electrical cables **Required Competencies:** * Leadership and communication * Problem solving * Technical knowledge * Time management * Teamwork * Adaptability * Organization Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Discounted company cafeteria service * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Would you be available to relocate?
