We are currently seeking personnel for the Roller Assistant position in our machine operation department, aiming to optimize and ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of our orders. Requirements * Required education level: Elementary school * Experience: None required for ROLLER ASSISTANT * Knowledge and tools: + Manufacturing and production knowledge (a plus) * Language(s): + None * Skills and competencies: + Motivation + Teamwork + Continuous improvement + Proactivity + Work quality * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 06:00 \- 14:00 Schedule clarification: Two shifts rotate Monday through Saturday: morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and evening shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Activities * Remove, weigh, and label waste generated during the shift. * Inspect bag quality every 15 minutes and report defects to the machine operator or production supervisor. * Kiln-dry and pack finished products (bags). * Achieve the established production target.
