Lead the sales team and ensure achievement of growth and profitability goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Commercial Strategy:** * Develop strategic plans for sales growth in key regions. * Identify new business opportunities and expansion in national markets. * Analyze market trends and competition to adjust commercial strategy. * **Sales Management:** * Set sales targets and ensure their fulfillment. * Supervise the performance of the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives. * Develop incentive and commission plans for the sales team. * Implement process improvements in commercial management. * **Customer Relations and Market Expansion:** * Develop and maintain relationships with major clients, franchises, and retail chains. * Coordinate high-level negotiations with strategic clients. * Implement customer loyalty and service programs. * Candidates with an active client portfolio in the disposables and plastic products sector will be especially valued. * **Logistics and Distribution Optimization:** * Coordinate with the logistics department to optimize delivery times and costs. * Evaluate options to improve distribution and market coverage. * **Budget and Profitability Management:** * Manage the commercial budget ensuring operational profitability. * Implement strategies for cost optimization and revenue maximization. * **Sales Team Management:** * Recruit, train, and develop the sales team. * Design training and professional development programs. * Foster a culture of high performance and commitment to the company. **Candidate Profile:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
