




Job Summary: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to improve their performance and contribute to organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training material design and development 2. Course delivery using interactive techniques 3. Training effectiveness evaluation and feedback * Develop plans and programs tailored to each client and state where we have a branch, for processing the required permit to operate as a Security Company. * Design and develop materials for the various courses established in the plans and programs. * Description of the primary purpose of this position within the organization. * Ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills required to perform their duties more effectively through the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance job performance and support organizational goals. * Deliver various courses applying interactive techniques to facilitate participant learning. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided to participants through practical and theoretical methods, offering feedback to improve their performance. * Prepare the corresponding DC\-3 forms for training delivered nationwide. * Develop Operational Manuals according to requirements set by each state for the license renewal process. * Actively participate in activities related to the BASC Management System, ensuring required courses are delivered per the System’s requirements. * Conduct building security walkthroughs and prepare the corresponding report. * Serve as an emergency response team member, preparing incident reports for emergencies. * Register staff on the E\-Learning platform to complete the designated courses, and validate course completion with branch managers. * Prepare the General Training Report. * Provide support in administering toxicological examinations. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Experience: * Security: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * DC\-5 with Security-related topic records (Preferred) Willingness to Travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
