Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Specialist to plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs, assess training needs, and enhance staff competencies at Industrias Boris. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of programs to improve staff skills. 2. Training needs assessment and development of annual training plans. 3. Delivery of technical courses and group facilitation. **Industrias Boris**, a company specializing in plastic injection for household products. Position: **Training Specialist** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Organizational Psychology. Key Duties: * Group facilitation. * Delivery of technical courses across various disciplines. * Programs to improve staff skills. * Administration of workplace climate surveys. * Ability to diagnose training needs. * Strong communication skills. * Preparation of documentation folders for evidence. * Implementation of the annual training plan. * Registration in SIRCE. **Mandatory** **Availability to deliver training outside the assigned schedule, e.g., at 6:30 AM or 10 PM** Requirements: * Ability to interact effectively with people. * Strong verbal communication skills.
