Welding and Fabrication Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a welder/fabricator with experience in the fabrication and erection of metal structures, including truck scales and industrial buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Metal structure fabrication and assembly 2. Proficiency in MIG welding and oxy-fuel cutting 3. Interpretation of structural drawings Must have verifiable experience in fabricating and assembling load-bearing structures, IPR beams, and work in industrial buildings. This position focuses on the fabrication of truck scales, metal platforms, and industrial structures. ⸻ Responsibilities Fabrication and assembly of metal structures. MIG (wire-feed) welding. Material cutting and preparation using oxy-fuel cutting. Alignment and leveling of structural modules. Interpretation of structural drawings. Assembly of IPR beams and structural profiles. Reinforcement and adjustment of heavy metal structures. Compliance with structural quality standards. Maintaining workplace order and safety. ⸻ Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in metal structures. Proficiency in MIG (wire-feed) welding. Experience in oxy-fuel cutting. Knowledge of industrial building or heavy-load structure assembly. Ability to read technical drawings. Operation of power tools (grinder, drill, cutter). Teamwork and accountability. Availability to work in workshop and occasionally on-site. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Experience in fabricating platforms, truck scales, or structures exceeding 8 meters. Knowledge of heat-induced deformation control.
