Job Objective: Execute warehouse operations in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and SGC, delivering high-quality service and contributing to customer retention by identifying customer needs and promoting logistics services and tax-related knowledge. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience handling and following up with customers, preferably in logistics. * Educational requirement: Logistics Engineering degree or related technical degree. * Minimum age: Over 23 years old. * Mandatory ERP proficiency and Office software skills. * SAP proficiency. * High availability for a three-shift role; work location: inland port zone.
