Continuous improvement and modernization of equipment and operational areas. **Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager** **Company: Macu Frescos** An Agroindustrial company dedicated to the production and export of fresh produce and vegetables abroad, committed to high standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency across all processes. ***Located in León, Guanajuato.*** **Position Objective:** Ensure optimal operation of the company’s facilities, equipment, and machinery through proper planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with quality standards. **Main Responsibilities and/or Functions:** ● Maintain plant facilities and equipment in optimal condition to ensure proper operation and compliance with customer quality standards. ● Preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, trailers, agricultural implements, tractors, and all types of machinery used by the company in the field. (Logbooks). ● Mechanical and manual doors, warehouse walls, leak-free roofs, rust-free metal structures, and well-maintained paint. ● Space demarcation, pedestrian areas, parking zones, and restricted areas. ● Maintenance of walls, floors, restrooms, cafeteria area, maneuvering yards, access points, and roads. ● Ensure teamwork within the department and manage shift scheduling. ● Administer the department and oversee activity execution. ● Record compressor parameters hourly. ● Promptly address repair orders issued by other departments. ● Quote materials procurement and services performed by specialists. ● Maintain records of all preventive and corrective maintenance performed on all electrical, mechanical, and work vehicles. ● Repair equipment reported as down by packaging supervisors. ● Eliminate all temporary repairs on equipment, restoring them to original design specifications. ● Supervise maintenance tasks (painting, welding, cement patching, etc.) performed on warehouses and facilities. ● Maintain an inventory of spare parts for common repairs. ● Ability to install three-phase and high-voltage electrical systems. ● Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment (management of all corresponding logbooks). ● Knowledge and experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration (ammonia and freon). ● Experience in overall management of maintenance departments. ● Agile and effective response to all emergencies directly affecting product quality and on-time delivery. ● Continuous improvement and modernization of all equipment and operational areas. **Requirements:** * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the Agroindustrial sector is a plus. * Experience in leadership and administration of maintenance teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Residence in León, Guanajuato, or willingness to relocate. **Knowledge of:** * Electrical maintenance (medium and high voltage). * Hydraulic and mechanical systems. * Commercial and industrial refrigeration (ammonia and freon). * Maintenance control and management (logbooks, KPIs). * Industrial safety. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Access to enhanced benefits based on experience. * Job stability and professional development.
