Position Summary: Ensure administrative management and production traceability, serving as a control and coordination liaison among various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support to Production Management Position Objective Ensure proper administrative management, information control, and production traceability, guaranteeing that orders, reports, subcontracted manufacturing (maquila), and departmental KPIs are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with Production Management objectives. Serve as the control and coordination liaison between Production, Logistics, Subcontracted Manufacturing (Maquila), Purchasing, Product Development, and Systems. Main Responsibilities · Consolidate and control departmental information: production reports, absenteeism, scrap, overtime, and compliance. · Administer and validate Manufacturing module data in Odoo 17\. · Coordinate and monitor external production with subcontractors (maquilas), ensuring traceability, documentation, and quality. · Maintain administrative control of the department (incidents, reports, indicators, and payment support). · Communicate and coordinate priorities with Logistics, Purchasing, and Product Development. · Support the Production Manager in operational reporting and presentations. Key Competencies Planning and control, organization, analytical ability, proficiency in administrative reporting, effective communication, interdepartmental coordination, results orientation, and ERP system expertise (Odoo 17\ preferred). Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Production schedule compliance (%) · Accuracy of reports and traceability in Odoo 17 (%) · Subcontracted manufacturing (maquila) delivery compliance (%) · Overall departmental productivity (%) · Number of administrative incidents or data entry errors Education and Experience Academic background: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum experience: 3 years in production coordination or planning. Desirable: Experience in furniture manufacturing or light metalworking, and ERP usage (preferably Odoo).
