




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Driver for a tire company, responsible for deliveries, customer service, and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily deliveries and collection of delivery acknowledgments. 2. Management of out-of-town routes and Isuzu/NP 300 vehicles. 3. Vehicle maintenance and recording of deliveries in the logbook. An administrative consulting and management firm is searching for talent on behalf of a major tire company specializing in high-quality automotive tires and lubricants; the company is seeking a **Warehouse Driver**. Requirements: * Junior high school diploma * 1–2 years of experience in distribution and familiarity with local routes, as well as customer service skills. * Class B driver’s license (preferred) * Basic knowledge of the state traffic regulations. * Experience operating Isuzu 600, Isuzu 300, or NP 300 vehicles * Basic mechanical knowledge * Capable of performing out-of-town routes Job Objective: * Ensure daily delivery of orders to company customers according to the route previously defined by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, and in strict compliance with the invoice or delivery order. Responsibilities: * Perform deliveries based on the route established by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, prioritizing high-volume customers first, followed by those requiring shorter mileage per trip. * During customer deliveries, verify that orders are complete and collect the corresponding delivery acknowledgment signed by the customer confirming correct receipt of goods. * With authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, collect tires from customers requesting inspection for possible replacement. * Under exceptional circumstances and with authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, collect cash, checks, or documents from customers on behalf of the company. * At the end of each route, submit all customer-signed delivery acknowledgments to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager as proof that orders were fully delivered; likewise, immediately deliver any collected cash, checks, or documents to the same department. * Record all delivery details—including date and time of delivery, name of recipient, and any useful observations—in the logbook for future reference. * Maintain the vehicle clean and up-to-date with scheduled maintenance, promptly informing the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager when servicing, repairs, or spare parts are required. * Inspect the assigned van or vehicle for proper operation and report any defects or accidents incurred during route execution to the Warehouse Manager. * Relay to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager any customer needs, complaints, or suggestions—such as requests for additional merchandise, account statements, complaints, or suggestions.
