We are seeking qualified personnel to carry out the following activities, as well as any other tasks required within the company according to the maintenance department. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production machinery. * Repair or replace damaged parts (seals, hoses, valves, belts, bearings). * Respond to unexpected stoppages of mills, presses, and dividers. * Adjust hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Correct oil, air, or water leaks. * Restore safe equipment operation after a failure. * Periodically inspect mills, presses, chillers, and auxiliary machinery. * Lubricate moving parts (bearings, chains, gears, and shafts). * Adjust belts, pulleys, fasteners, and transmission systems. * Check oil, grease, and coolant levels in equipment. * Clean machinery to prevent accumulation of rubber, dust, and debris. * Verify operating temperatures, pressures, and vibrations. * Inspect basic electrical systems (contactors, sensors, visible cables). * Execute maintenance checklists according to the established schedule.
