**Maintenance Assistant** We invite you to experience the best work environment at our luxury hotel, **City Express Plus by Marriott (León), as a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** (we provide training). **What qualifications do I need?** \* Experience in the field. \* Completed high school education. \* Knowledge of general maintenance (painting, electricity, plumbing, masonry). **Responsibilities:** \* Inspect all common areas daily to identify issues related to trash, mechanical failures, or malfunctions. \* Respond to tenants’ maintenance service requests, including air filter replacements, installation of new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors. \* Repair plumbing, electrical, and security systems in tenant units as needed. \* Ensure parking areas and sidewalks are free of trash and debris. \* Maintain sprinkler systems and trash containers on the premises. \* Assess the performance of appliances located in units, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. \* Provide tenants with advice and guidance regarding apartment maintenance. \* Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services as required. **What benefits will I receive?** \* Gross monthly base salary of $8,700. \* Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus of $1,700. \* Full 100% social security contributions, including AFORE, INFONAVIT, and all IMSS-related obligations. \* Statutory benefits, including year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation premium (prima vacacional), 12 vacation days, Sunday premium (prima dominical), and profit-sharing (utilidades). \* Benefits exceeding statutory requirements, such as: \* Free cafeteria service. \* Complete uniforms provided at no cost. \* Training with academic credit value. \* Permanent employment contract within a short timeframe. \* Rotating schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00–17:00 hours / 12:00–20:00 hours (with midweek rest).
