




Position Summary: Qvitek Software is seeking an Industrial Applications Support Coordinator to ensure continuous IT service operation in production environments, managing incidents and meeting service-level agreements. We are currently integrating an **Industrial Applications Support Coordinator** into our team. **Position Objective**: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of IT services in production environments, guaranteeing operational continuity, timely incident resolution, and compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs), using ITIL best practices and root cause analysis methodologies. **Requirements**: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. Language: English B1 level. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical support, IT service operations, or service desk coordination. Prior experience in production and mission-critical environments (desirable). **Management Knowledge**: * ITIL methodologies (Incident, Problem, Change Management, SLAs). * Analysis methods: 5 Whys, RCA, Ishikawa, Pareto. * Generation of reports on: Incident volume, trends, incident resolution compliance. * Reporting and tracking of KPIs. * Personnel management. **Technical Knowledge**: * Operating Systems: Windows XP, 7, 10 or later. * Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced level). * Backup and recovery tools: Acronis, Veeam. * Remote access tools: NetSupport and/or equivalents. * SQL Server (basic querying, service validation, and diagnostics). * Basic virtualization knowledge. * Fundamental SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA architecture knowledge. * General understanding of SAP modules (not expert-level, but operational familiarity): * FI / CO (Finance and Controlling) * MM (Material Management) * SD (Sales & Distribution) * PP (Production Planning) **Soft Skills**: * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Focus on operational continuity and service quality. * Organization and discipline. * Operational leadership and coordination of technical teams. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Planning, organization, and follow-up. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability to travel to the Plant site in case of critical incidents. **We Offer**: * Competitive salary + monthly bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Training opportunities. * Performance management. * Excellent working environment. * Transportation assistance. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact projects within a leading automotive industry corporate group.
