




Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to monitor expenses, develop financial statements, prepare tax returns, and reconcile accounts, ensuring legal compliance and accounting accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and record office and petty cash expenses 2. Prepare financial statements and tax returns 3. Collaborate on payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable JOIN OUR FAMILY AS A GENERAL ACCOUNTANT; Accounting Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor office expenses and record and enter petty cash receipts. Pay supplier invoices and track bank account balances. Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets. Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operational, and commercial taxes. Track tax payments and compile information for tax filing. Maintain and record fixed assets. Serve as the liaison for suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies. Calculate and issue customer invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders. Calculate and record expenses. Record and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable daily. Track bank deposits and manage deposit transfers. Periodically update detailed reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. Record SUA and IDSE additions, deletions, and movements. Update monthly tax status certification. Download positive opinions from IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure all payroll deductions and activities comply with weekly and biweekly payroll laws, including electronic stamping (timbrado). Calculate severance pay and final settlements. Generate and submit payment complements. Accounting Skills: 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports. Strong understanding of worksheets and calculations for income and business taxes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, including Microsoft Office, IDSE, SUA, Accounting Software (COMPAQ), INFONAVIT, Income Tax Law, Value-Added Tax Law, Federal Fiscal Code and its regulations, Federal Labor Law, SAT internal regulations, State Finance Law, and Financial Information Standards. Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing work.
