On-site problem solving and quality assurance A company dedicated to residential remodeling is looking for a **Construction Supervisor** with a **strong focus on team leadership and accountability.** We seek an organized, proactive individual capable of managing field personnel, **ensuring timely project delivery under tight schedules.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate residential remodeling work * Lead on-site work teams * Ensure adherence to established timelines (projects with very tight deadlines) * Monitor and track construction progress * Provide accountability for team results and performance * Resolve on-site problems * Guarantee quality standards during execution **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a construction supervisor (mandatory) * **Proven experience leading work teams** * High sense of responsibility and goal achievement * **Ability to work under pressure** * Organized and punctual activity tracking * Preferable experience in residential remodeling **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $35,000 * Job stability **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Location:** León, Guanajuato Salary: Starting from $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
