Job Summary: Analyzes and optimizes company processes, managing demand, capacity, production planning, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Demand analysis and forecasting for production 2. End-to-end planning and production control management 3. Analyze company processes * **Demand Forecasting:** Analyze historical and market data to forecast required production volumes. * **Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP):** Determine the plant's installed capacity to meet delivery timelines. * **Aggregate Production Planning (APP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS):** Develop strategic short-, medium-, and long-term production plans. * **Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS):** Organize the sequence and precise timing of product manufacturing in the plant. * **Inventory Management:** Design and control raw material and finished goods inventory levels. * **Production Control:** Monitor execution of activities against the plan and identify deviations. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Ensure logistics and material flow through continuous communication with production, procurement, and warehouse departments.
