Position: Custodial Coordinator Education: Nursing Technician Gender: Indistinct Job Responsibilities: * Supervise personnel per shift (assistants, cleaning staff) * Incident reporting (absences, permissions, vacations, etc.) * Resolve operational issues in the area. * Coordinate team in hospital cleaning services. * Application of biosafety systems and hospital disinfection protocols. * Terminal and intermediate cleaning protocols for hemodialysis areas. * Handling of critical and semi-critical surfaces. * Proper use of PPE for cleaning personnel. * Management of hospital waste (RPBI / hazardous waste). * Design and monitoring of cleaning schedules. * Internal audits of order and cleanliness. * Management of hospital hygiene indicators (KPIs). * Development and updating of procedures (SOPs).
