




ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Nutrition, or related field. EXPERIENCE: 6 months in a similar position. SKILLS: Customer service orientation, honesty, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, assertive communication, sense of urgency. KNOWLEDGE: Quality and Hygiene in Service (HACCP, Distintito H). RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute goals and objectives set by the Unit Manager; calculate, manage, and efficiently control the budget; develop standard menus and recipes in collaboration with the Unit Chef; design and implement production controls; develop action plans for service-related topics; place orders (meat, fruits and vegetables, tortillas); coordinate shift supervisors across all three shifts; monitor service delivery across all three shifts; supervise warehouse staff (FIFO system, raw materials, etc.); identify customer needs and respond proactively; conduct weekend operational staff roll calls.
