We are actively recruiting talent — joining our team is your best option, as we offer a comprehensive life and career plan enabling economic and job stability, along with internal growth opportunities. **Position Title.**\- Engineering Manager **Requirements.** \- * Completed degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Instrumentation Engineering or related field * 5 to 7 years of experience in similar positions * Willingness to travel frequently * Excellent attitude **Position Objective.** \- * Oversee the engineering development of group projects within the hydrocarbons and power generation sectors, providing in-house engineering support to various corporate divisions. **General Responsibilities** * Prepare technical-descriptive reports. * Review drawings for various upcoming projects. * Perform technical calculations. * Supervise multidisciplinary engineering development. * Manage engineering personnel activities. * Procure quotations and purchase materials and/or equipment for LPG. * Interact with LPG and Electrical Verification Units. * Prepare technical-economic evaluations of proposals. **Knowledge Requirements**: Management of industrial oil & gas engineering projects, piping and mechanical equipment sizing calculations, fire protection equipment calculations, familiarity with instrumentation PLCs and engineering software. **We Offer**: * Monthly gross salary of $76,515 MXN * Statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Direct employment contract with the company **Work Location**: San Juan de Ocotán, Zapopan Jal.
