*Requirements*: - Age between 25 to 35 years old. - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. (MANDATORY) *Responsibilities*: - Provide support in process quality assurance and control. - Implement actions to reduce the amount of non-conforming product. - Conduct process audits. - Manage the ISO 9001-2015 quality system. - Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Assist in inspections during raw material receipt, production process, and finished product. - Develop clear work procedures and instructions for operators. - Generate customer satisfaction measurement indicators. - Support staff in implementing improvement actions. - Determine the capabilities of each process and maintain updated information. - Make proposals to improve layout and process flow.
