You support our team as PROCESS ENGINEER Responsibilities * Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production and quality targets. * Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support new product introductions, tooling development, and process validation activities (PPAP, APQP). * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production to resolve technical issues. * Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). * Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. * Monitor key process indicators and drive actions to achieve operational excellence. * Problem resolution using Quality tools (e.g. 5 Why´s, A3, etc) and close activities * Problem analysis through SPC on process * Responsible for industrial engineering activities: time and motion studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, documentation creation.
