Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in industrial surfaces, responsible for managing tools, permits, and ensuring adherence to the work plan. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a construction supervisor in surface coating 2. Knowledge of specific industrial machinery and epoxy/acrylic products 3. Comprehensive management of resources and permits for construction projects **Company specializing in industrial surface coating** * Age: 25 to 48 years old. * Minimum education: Secondary school (verifiable). * At least 2 years of experience as a construction supervisor. * Knowledge of machinery **(shot blaster, trowel machine, terrazzo machine, Husqvarna, mini planer, and polisher).** * Knowledge of epoxy and/or acrylic materials. * Ability to handle standards. ***Responsibilities*** * Requesting tools, equipment, materials, and machinery required for assigned work. * Obtaining necessary permits for construction projects at various companies. * Generating required documentation at the start, during, and upon completion of construction work. * Developing and executing the established schedule plan. * Ensuring on-site personnel arrive on time. * Managing work commencement and completion. * Ensuring availability of tools, equipment, materials, access, permits, documentation, credentials, vehicle, consumables, and necessary machinery for project execution. ***WE OFFER*** * Statutory benefits * One rotating day off per week and one weekend day off per month * $3,500 weekly net pay for the first month * $4,000 weekly net pay after the first month * Permanent employment contract * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible time availability) Salary: Starting from $3,500.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
