If you want to **grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of ice cream**, this is the place for you! **JOB PURPOSE:** Provide support in cash operations and customer service, ensuring that payment processing, record-keeping, and cash handling are conducted efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company policies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and process daily settlements from delivery and direct sales routes. * Support cash reconciliation and daily closing procedures. * Manage local and central self-service customer accounts. * Validate settlement documentation and follow up on subsequent activities such as claims, complimentary products, accounts receivable, credit notes, and invoice sending. * Process travel allowances and operational expenses. **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** **SKILLS:** Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Honesty and responsibility Excellent internal and external customer service Speed and accuracy in cash handling and payment systems Quick problem-solving ability **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Previous cash handling experience (preferably 1–2 years). Customer service experience in retail environments. Cash handling and payment application skills. Experience in cash reconciliations, cash counts, and bank reconciliations.
