As a Manufacturing Analyst (in production), you ensure statistical process control through monitoring of variables and control points to comply with QMS and all requirements established in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Manage the closing of production orders through appropriate material consumption and recording in the SAP system to maintain control over production costs. **A Day in the Life of...** * Continuously identify, record, and communicate hazards and incidents within your work environment, as well as understand procedures established in the OHSAS 18001 system for system strengthening; through observation of behaviors and conditions in your work area. Elevate awareness levels to promote a safety culture in daily life. * Comply with requirements outlined in the IMS, specifically in quality systems: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and NQMS, by monitoring control of PCCs in your area according to QMS, as well as various variables ensuring quality, aiming for complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Maintain a results-driven approach and proactive cooperation by actively identifying and communicating quantifiable improvements that drive goal achievement through continuous improvement behaviors. Eliminate waste to satisfy consumers through excellent performance, generating competitive advantage. * Monitor and control process operations and variations using operational standards to maintain efficient and reliable processes. * Manage the closing of production orders to control and evaluate differences between actual material consumption vs. BOM (SAP), analyzing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and developing action plans. * Create templates and manage data entry for monitoring critical process variables through CENTER LINE. **What Will Make You Successful…** * Proficiency in Office software, SAP, AS\-400 * Advanced knowledge of production processes * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices * Completed Bachelor's degree
