Position: Urbanization Projects Profession: Engineer / Architect Minimum Experience: 3 verifiable years in similar positions Responsibilities: * Development and review of potable water projects * Development and review of sanitary drainage projects * Development and review of stormwater projects * Development and review of grade level projects * Development of platform elevation levels * Review of medium voltage, low voltage, and public lighting projects * Preparation of budgets and contracts * Calculation of earthwork and pavement volumes * Calculation of platform volume quantities * Calculation of retaining wall volume quantities * Preparation of cost estimates and payment control Software Knowledge: * Proficient in AutoCAD / Civil CAD * OPUS / Neodata * E\-Kontrol (not essential) * Office Suite We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payments * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday Requirement: Ability to drive standard vehicle / valid driver's license Salary: Negotiable during interview.
