MAIN ACTIVITIES: Supervise, detect, create, and deliver service RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and supervise specific behaviors, actions, and patterns in customer and employee transactions, protocols, procedures, and major point-of-sale transaction types (returns, cancellations, voids, airtime, and sales). Conduct floor patrols. COMPETENCIES: \* Experience in monitoring roles \* Integrity and service-oriented attitude.
