Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Systems Technician / Technical Support professional to provide internal support for hardware, software, printers, email systems, and digital platforms. López Mateos, Méx.) Work Mode: On-site Full-time: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs. We seek a proactive, organized individual with a passion for technology to join as Systems Assistant / Technical Support. This role provides internal technical support across various departments, assisting with hardware, software, printers, email systems, consumables inventory, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Technical support for internal users * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers * Installation and configuration of hardware and software * Assistance in resolving email-related issues * Basic support for ASPEL systems (COI and NOI) * Equipment and consumables inventory control using Excel * Assistance in basic website administration and online sales * Daily tracking and resolution of technological incidents Requirements: * Experience in technical support and computer equipment maintenance * Basic/intermediate knowledge of hardware and software * Proficiency in Excel * Familiarity with ASPEL systems is desirable * Basic experience in web administration or e\-commerce is desirable * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving orientation * Responsible, organized, and proactive Ideal Profile: We seek a practical-minded individual eager to learn and capable of quickly and efficiently solving everyday problems.
