Your primary role will be creating strategic visual content for social media, ensuring aesthetic and functional consistency across brands in sectors such as hospitality, legal services, and sustainable products. **Main Responsibilities** * **Digital Design:** Creation of social media assets (Posts, Stories, Reels, Covers) aligned with each client’s brand identity. * **Brand Adaptation:** Adapting existing visual identities to various digital formats and platforms. * **Conceptualization:** Proposing graphic ideas for launch campaigns, promotions, and general content. * **Optimization:** Preparing final files with appropriate formats, file sizes, and dimensions for web and social media. * **Collaboration:** Working closely with the Social Media and Account teams to execute coherent visual concepts. * **Multidisciplinary Support:** Occasional design of branding materials, printed advertising (flyers, posters), and basic web layouts (initial UX/UI). **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Final-semester student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * **Software:** Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools (Affinity, Corel). Efficient use of Canva is considered a plus. * **Generative AI:** Basic knowledge of AI tools applied to design (image generation and enhancement). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent eye for composition, typography, and color; strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. **Desirable (Plus)** * Basic knowledge of photography and digital retouching. * Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD). * Prior experience designing printed materials. **Work Arrangement** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Part-time). * **Hybrid Mode:** 3 days per week onsite at the office (Oaxaca Centro / nearby areas) and 2 days remote (subject to workload). **We Offer** * An accelerated learning environment working with national and international brands. * Opportunities for professional growth within the agency.
