Job Responsibilities\*\* * Participate in the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost. * Conduct root cause analysis and propose innovative solutions to production issues. * Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. * Participate in the selection, evaluation, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process specifications and work instructions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards. * Contribute to the development of continuous improvement plans and waste reduction initiatives. Job Qualifications\*\* * Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen). * Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; advanced English is highly desirable.
