Purpose of the Position Design, coordinate, and deliver industrial safety training programs, with a focus on customer service, problem solving, and strengthening technical and commercial competencies. Contribute to human capital development by creating succession plans and training portfolios that drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. 6. Key Responsibilities - Plan, design, and deliver industrial safety training. - Develop succession grids. - Create and update training portfolios. - Provide direct support to internal and external customers. - Identify training needs (TNA). - Evaluate training effectiveness using performance indicators. - Support commercial activities and customer follow-up. - Comply with documented procedures of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 7. Position Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial safety training, customer service, and program design. Knowledge: Industrial safety regulations, instructional design, teaching methodologies, Microsoft Office and virtual platforms, ISO 9001. Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, customer orientation, problem solving, leadership, strategic planning, and proactivity. 8. Performance Indicators (KPIs) - % of programs implemented on time and as planned. - Level of satisfaction among internal and external customers. - % of succession grid implementation achieved. - Pre- and post-training evaluation results. - Increase in sales or training contracts linked to the commercial area.
