Minimum Experience: * 2 years in a similar position, within the manufacturing sector. * **Willingness to travel (MANDATORY)** Technical Knowledge: * Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT. * Mass and specialized recruitment processes. * Payroll preparation and interpretation. * Application and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Office software suite (**Intermediate–Advanced Excel MANDATORY**). * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. 1. Recruitment and Selection * Design and execute talent attraction strategies for operational and administrative positions. * Coordinate and conduct initial and competency-based interviews. * Manage job posting on specialized portals and media. * Present candidates matching the required profile. 2. Personnel Administration * Manage physical and digital employee files. * Supervise compliance with internal policies and the work regulations. 3. Payroll and Incident Tracking * Record and monitor incidents: attendance, tardiness, overtime, absences, disabilities. * Knowledge of severance payment calculations and mass terminations.
