***Recruitment Analyst*** Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for various positions. * Post job openings on different platforms, such as Computrabajo, LinkedIn, and job boards. * Screen resumes and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews. * Administer and evaluate psychometric and technical assessments. * Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates and department leaders. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within high-volume companies. * Proficiency in job boards and recruitment platforms. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
