A leading personnel transportation company seeks your talent as: **Maintenance Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Fleet management for mechanical maintenance of bus systems, including manufacturer nomenclature. * Analysis and interpretation of spare parts and materials information. * Knowledge of engines, transmissions, differentials, and pneumatic, electrical, braking, electronic, and suspension systems. Scanner operation: Cummins Insite, VW VCO960, Caterpillar ET, and FCAR FG-5. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, plan, and supervise maintenance staff for corrective, preventive, and emergency repairs on vehicles to ensure optimal vehicle performance. * Assign repairs to assigned maintenance personnel. * Enhance efficiency and motivation among staff while specializing them in various tasks and skills to achieve efficient and productive maintenance. * Coordinate roadside assistance operations. • Coordinate and supervise area personnel. * Manage materials and resources used in repairs—including associated costs—for budget control, weekly savings, and monthly expense reporting. * Verify that repairs performed by supervised personnel are carried out efficiently. * Operate SM (Maintenance System) for opening and closing service orders and generating statistics. * Use Mecanix mobile application to document workshop repair evidence. * Use SIGO to check odometer readings, fuel fill-ups, and verify vehicle status at internal and external maintenance workshops. * Monitor area KPIs: budgets, roadside assistance, vehicles delayed in workshop, preventive maintenance, and service level. * Coordinate maintenance staff shift assignments. * Review and verify that required spare parts for job execution match those requested to ensure task completion. * Platform proficiency: ERP-SM. ***We Offer:*** * **Salary: $17,000** gross per month. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities + ongoing training. * Rotating shifts. * Company phone. * Work location: On-site employment.
