At Grupo Rovich, we seek a Project Architect with proven experience in developing executive projects and architectural representation, focused on organization, technical judgment, and adherence to schedules. **Requirements:** * Licensed architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural firm or project development. * Solid experience in preparing architectural and installation (electrical, plumbing, voice & data, CCTV at the project level) executive drawings. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SketchUp. Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office are required. * Ability to develop construction details and joinery. * Experience in preparing clear, site-ready deliverables, applying correct practices for dimensions, levels, scales, symbology, and specifications. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standard dimensions for residential projects. * Basic experience in rendering and virtual walkthroughs (D5 or similar preferred). Preferred. * Ability to receive instructions, execute tasks precisely, and consistently report progress. **Scope of the Position:** * Full development of executive projects, excluding structural and topographic drawings. * Occasional on-site visits to provide technical clarifications. * Preparation of presentations and meeting minutes; equipment, finish, and accessory selection tables; on-site walkthroughs and surveys. * Internal collaboration with design coordination and construction teams. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM.
