Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and manage installation teams, administer resources, and ensure daily operational efficiency at a telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Emergency response and technical support for complex installations. **Supervisor** -------------- We are seeking a Supervisor for a leading telecommunications company. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of installation and collection crews. * Administration of material resources to fulfill service orders (gasoline, vehicles, optical fiber, connectors, etc.). * Management of human resources to achieve daily objectives (scheduling shifts, rest assignments). * Conducting on-site supervision rounds of team activities. * Responding to emergency situations during fieldwork, such as fines, accidents, or damage to third-party property. * Assigning service orders to team members and tracking them in the client system. * Validating workload and delivering tools to technicians so they can perform their tasks promptly. * Verifying vehicle condition using a checklist to ensure optimal visual and mechanical status for proper task execution. * Conducting inventory of materials and tools, applying necessary write-offs and replenishments to maintain operational continuity. * Performing periodic comparisons of tools and materials issued versus returned to resolve discrepancies and issue deduction slips if applicable. * Recording gasoline consumption data and associated expense amounts to improve cost control per vehicle. * Supporting crews during difficult installations or those requiring additional time to ensure timely service delivery to customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Valid driver’s license * Experience as a supervisor of optical fiber installation crews, or extensive experience in optical fiber installation * Immediate availability **Offer:** * Base salary: $17,000 monthly + $10,000 bonuses * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits: Minor medical expense insurance, discounts on medical consultations and diagnostic tests, discounts on online purchases and various brands, payroll-based loans and advances * Laptop and mobile phone **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week 8:00 AM until completion of assigned service orders for the team Work location: Monterrey, N.L.
