




Position Summary: Supervises teacher performance, controls incidents, assigns courses and schedules, and manages documentation for Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive evaluation of teacher performance 2. Incident management and teacher documentation 3. Academic workload and examination planning * Evaluation of teaching performance, lesson planning, use of teaching materials, conduct, vocabulary, class quality, and teacher attire in accordance with institutional guidelines. * Monitoring of teacher incidents; reporting absences or tardiness to coordinators. * Conducting random classroom visits to observe teacher instruction. * Supervising student attendance in classrooms; reporting any student found outside the classroom to their coordinator. * Receiving and sending new-teacher documents to the Human Resources Department via email. * Submitting teacher incident reports to the Human Resources Department according to the incident reporting schedule. * Assigning courses to teachers. * Preparing the official English teacher roster. * Conducting teacher interviews to assign academic workloads based on newly formed groups. * Planning schedules for extraordinary examinations, insufficient grade examinations, and remedial courses.
