Position Summary: We are seeking a pedagogical leader with experience in educational leadership, responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating teams, and training teachers. Key Highlights: 1. Pedagogical leadership and team coordination for educational improvement. 2. Development and implementation of strategic plans for basic education. 3. Ongoing teacher training to ensure high-quality instruction. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in pedagogy, education, or related field * Age 30–50 * Prior experience in leadership roles at the basic education level * Minimum English proficiency level: B2 **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic plans for basic education * Provide pedagogical leadership to teachers and administrative staff * Coordinate and collaborate within work teams to improve educational quality * Resolve conflicts and adverse situations that may affect academic development * Comply with institutional policies and regulations * Strong service orientation and empathy * Conduct ongoing teacher training to deliver high-quality instruction **Skills and Knowledge** * Strategic planning expertise * Pedagogical leadership skills * Conflict resolution ability * Knowledge of IB certification **We Offer** * Base salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Professional development plan Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
