Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor with construction experience to conduct surveys, layout work, verification of elevations and construction control, as well as progress monitoring. Requirements: **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying Engineering. **Relevant work experience**: 3 years (Preferred) **Age range**: 24 to 45 years old. **Knowledge and skills**: • Minimum 1 year of field experience, preferably in construction * Proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD * Knowledge of total station, GPS, levels, or drones * Leadership and teamwork skills * Availability of time **Responsibilities and duties**: * Conduct precise land surveys and measurements. * Layout and positioning of structural elements on site. * Verification of elevations and construction control according to drawings. * Progress monitoring and detection of deviations during construction. * Preparation of reports and management of surveying data. **Notes**: Valid driver's license (Preferred) **We offer:** Base salary, statutory benefits, option for indefinite-term contract, continuous training, and opportunity for career growth.
