Ensure operational continuity, compliance with quality, efficiency, and safety standards, as well as the optimization of resources and costs. Lead the maintenance technical team by promoting continuous improvement, achievement of key performance indicators, and implementation of projects in compliance with applicable regulations, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. **Work Obligations and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- Supervise, plan, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
