




Position Summary: We are seeking an early childhood education or educational psychology professional with a vocation for caring for and developing young children, planning pedagogical activities, and fostering their holistic growth. Job Description: Professional Profile: **Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy / Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology** **Minimum 2 years of experience delivering in-person classes at the maternal/preschool level.** Responsibilities: * Provide attention, care, and accompaniment to children aged 1 to 2 years in a safe, affectionate, and respectful environment. * Plan and implement age-appropriate pedagogical activities that support sensory, motor, cognitive, social, and emotional development. * Stimulate language, exploration, and play as primary learning tools. * Assist with daily routines such as feeding, hygiene, naps, and toilet training (according to the child’s developmental stage). * Observe and record each child’s developmental progress to ensure timely follow-up. * Promote positive habits, basic coexistence norms, and autonomy. * Ensure classroom order, cleanliness, and safety, as well as the safety of teaching materials. * Collaborate with the educational team on school activities, events, and specific case follow-ups. * Apply positive and developmentally appropriate behavioral management strategies.
