Coordinate operational staff and train them in best practices. **Mexican Textile Company** Hiring: Weaving Supervisor Objective: Supervise and coordinate the assigned shift’s operations in the weaving area, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency, while optimizing human and material resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the weaving process on industrial machines. * Ensure achievement of daily and weekly production targets. * Verify in-process product quality. * Coordinate operational staff and assign workloads. * Identify and report technical malfunctions in machinery. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Train staff on processes and best practices. * Control material losses and waste. * Comply with and enforce safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare production and performance reports. **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of industrial electricity (three-phase, control panels, protective devices, motors). * Ability to interpret electrical, electronic, and electromechanical diagrams. * Proficiency in using variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft starters. * Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial sensors. * Industrial mechanics (alignment, adjustments, lubrication, component assembly). * Familiarity with textile equipment (according to operational area). * Use of hand and power tools. **Education:** * Textile Technician, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field (preferred). **Experience:** * 2–3 years as a supervisor in weaving or textile manufacturing. * Experience operating industrial weaving machines. * Monitoring of production indicators. **Technical Knowledge:** * Weaving processes (flat, circular, etc.). * Textile quality control. * Basic Excel and production reporting skills. * KPIs (efficiency, productivity, material loss). **We Offer:** * Base salary * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance Interested candidates may attend interviews directly from Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Sándalo 58, Santa María Insurgentes, a few blocks from Metrobus San Simón; the workplace is located at PINO 593, AZCAPOTZALCO DELEGATION.
