A **Food** company in **SANTA CATARINA, N.L.** is seeking a **Shift Production Supervisor**: **Basic Knowledge:** \-GMPs \-HACCP \-Personnel management **Responsibilities:** **Operations Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise shift production operations, ensuring output. **Personnel Management:** Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. This includes task assignment, training, and conflict resolution. **Planning and Scheduling:** Manage and execute efficient production plans, optimizing available resources and ensuring on-time product delivery. **Quality, Safety, and Regulatory Control:** Supervise and ensure production processes comply with quality and food safety standards, as well as applicable government regulations. Guarantee compliance with all safety, quality, and hygiene regulations and standards in food production, maintaining appropriate records and participating in audits. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM / 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
