**Job Position** --------------------- Production Manager **GENERAL PURPOSE / POSITION CONTRIBUTION** ----------------------------------------------- Foster and promote a work environment that enables the integration of personnel across all departments to achieve and exceed Dana’s objectives through teamwork, while developing the potential of the personnel under supervision. Establish, maintain, and improve production processes in accordance with the integrated quality policy and customer and corporate guidelines, to meet company policies on various performance indicators in a timely and effective manner, thereby ensuring compliance with internal requirements, customer requirements, corporate requirements, and the IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. **Roles** --------- Design reliable, safe, capable processes that comply with applicable legal and voluntary requirements for Dana, to meet quality and safety standards and ensure optimal utilization of plant resources. Maintain production processes according to manufacturing requirements, ensuring they remain within control parameters. Carry out activities aimed at continuous improvement of the department, its processes, and performance indicators, to support achievement and enhancement of departmental results.
