This position requires a results-oriented individual with strategic and operational skills to guarantee comprehensive security services meeting client expectations, aligning both personnel and technological resources under a unified vision of control and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff assigned to your area. * Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs. * Manage materials, uniforms, and equipment required for operations. * Achieve the ideal service coverage percentage. * Address and follow up on client needs and requirements. * Supervise and follow up on administrative and field operational processes. * Execute directive and corrective actions when necessary. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct periodic follow-ups and evaluations of operational staff. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience in private security and/or similar roles. * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of supervision strategies and personnel management. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the assigned area. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $25,000 net. * Bi-weekly payment. * Statutory benefits.
