




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the implementation of industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental standards; investigate incidents; and train staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and compliance with occupational safety and health standards 2. Investigation of work-related incidents and accidents 3. Staff training and awareness on risk prevention * Supervise the implementation of industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental standards across company operations. * Identify unsafe conditions and acts, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate and participate in investigations of work-related incidents and accidents. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, tools, facilities, and work areas. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare reports and documentation on risks, accidents, and regulatory compliance. * Train and raise staff awareness on safety, hygiene, and risk prevention. * Support the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) programs. * Maintain ongoing communication with department heads to ensure adherence to guidelines. * Monitor compliance with applicable legal regulations (STPS, OSHA, NOM, etc.).
