POSITION: **HR Generalist** **EDUCATION**: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 3 years in a similar role. * Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Compaq software suite. * Experience working under goal-oriented frameworks. **COMPETENCIES**: Leadership, communication, negotiation, innovation, results orientation, and teamwork skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. * Conduct onboarding activities and organize training initiatives. * Manage employee separation processes. * Provide HR-related support to employees and resolve any questions or issues that may arise. * Record information in digital platforms and files. * Collect and analyze HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates. * Coordinate employee performance reviews with operational departments. * Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats. * Improve employee satisfaction by promptly resolving problems, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
