**Job Position** --------------------- Production Manager **GENERAL PURPOSE / POSITION CONTRIBUTION** ----------------------------------------------- Foster and promote a work environment that enables the integration of personnel across all departments to achieve and exceed Dana’s objectives through teamwork, while developing the potential of the personnel under supervision. Carry out activities aimed at continuous improvement of the department, its processes, and performance indicators, to support achievement and enhancement of departmental results.
