Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience Age: 25 to 35 years old - Willingness to commute to Cuautlancingo and Coronango (personal vehicle preferred) - Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Training courses or diplomas related to INFONAVIT, banking institutions, and FOVISSSTE Responsibilities: - Knowledge and management of loans (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, banks, etc.) - Submission of applicable procedures based on each client’s home purchase scheme - Knowledge of title deed formalization processes - Understanding of loan approval conditions and timely communication of these conditions to clients prior to title deed signing - Coordination of commercial appraisals with valuation and construction units - Notary-related procedures - Strong analytical skills - Negotiation skills Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
